We founded OC Renu Skin Care with one goal in mind, better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

We want you to be satisfied when you buy our products so we offer a 7 day return for store credit online or exchange.  A blank shipping label with our return address will be provided for customers returning products, this is not a pre-paid label.

Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a store credit or exchange will be made. If you wish to inquire about your return please contact us at OCRenu@gmail.com. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests at any time based on policy or program abuse.
